Sutra Mela

Launched Sutra Mela, a full-stack content curation platform offering paid digital promotion services (profiles, blogs, podcasts, interviews, testimonials), with a scalable, service-based business model and hands-on client engagement, marketing, and growth strategy.
Designed and developed a secure, mobile-responsive web app using React, Tailwind, Framer Motion, Node.js, Express, SQLite (Prisma), and JWT. Implemented role-based authentication, dynamic dashboards, profile settings, secure forms, email flows, admin tools, and user messaging, following production-level security standards.

Ingredient Preparation: I was responsible for preparing ingredients for cooking, ensuring that all food items met quality standards before they were cooked.
Food Safety and Sanitation: I followed proper food safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen to prevent contamination and ensure a safe dining experience for customers.
Coordination and Efficiency: I coordinated with other chefs to ensure optimal efficiency in the kitchen. This involved effective communication and teamwork to manage orders, maintain supply levels, and ensure timely preparation of dishes.
